2 teen groids beat up an innocent man and steal his car

I agree unfortunately these were both 14 years of age and will be treated like the victims. Seattle is horrific because they allow for crime and gangs to flourish. I read in an article recently that Seattle Police Department knows about gangs but can not dismantle them because the City of Seattle states that mentioning gangs is racist and so they call it gun violence and don't investigate these known gangs.
